You may have noticed in the press that Fad diets are out and people are being encouraged to "Eat Less & Move More" For general health, vitality and well being. Therefore this is a fun new offering from S9LSA and is being developed in conjunction with HUNKY MUNKY. Each month a new routine is designed with a view to developing a solid foundation for both footwork, general styling and timing. Music will vary between traditional salsa, modern salsa and RnB. Whilst this is not danced with a partner much of the footwork forms the basis of partnered dancing. See Classes Tuesday for class times.
